Maison | Gîte | Lodge
version Medium (sleeps 6-8)

version XL (sleeps 8-10)
Proposes approximately 135/160 m2 habitable space It features three or four double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room. In two of the rooms we can add a third bed, making the house suitable whether for 6 to 8 or for 8 to 10 persons.
Groundfloor :
The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the central corridor leading to the sunny private garden, bed- and bath room, whilst beautiful old stairs bring you to the first floor where two other, more private bedrooms are situated. A fourth double room ‘Grand Nord’, has a terrace and is situated on the other side of the building accessible by its own entrance.
All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable 90x200 or 180x200 beds and own bathrooms, the first level is accessible for less mobile persons.
The ground floor also offers a large cozy living room for family lounging that has direct access to the private park garden du Moment and huge salted pool (you have the key) by crossing a little alley.
Both living/dining room and kitchen face south and access a private terrace garden with panoramic views over the Lauragais. In the shaded garden you will find garden furniture and there is a Weber barbecue to enjoy the tranquil holiday life.
You have unlimited access to the Park du Moment featuring many lounge areas and it's fantastic 9x14m salted pool.

Gîte | Lodge
version SMALL (sleeps 1-3)
The charming, 90 m2 lodge is situated on the ground floor and fits 1 to 3 persons. This lovely holiday home benefits from an own entrance and is thus totally private. The central corridor leads to a master bedroom and bathroom, a large kitchen/dining room with access to the sunny private garden with beautiful views and comfortable living room. The lodge is accessible for persons with limited mobility.
The bedroom is equipped with quality comfortable king size beds: 2 or 3 x 90x 200 or 1x 180x 200.
The separate bathroom includes a shower, wash-hand basin and WC. The fully fitted kitchen features a luxury 5 pits Falcon gas cooker with electric oven, large fridge, dishwasher. Washing machine and ironing board are available. From the kitchen, facing southwest, you can enjoy fantastic sunsets

The other private garden at the back of the lodge is facing south and perfect for aperitif and outside dining.

Off season the changing days and duration for gîte | lodge version Small are flexible, in high season (July/August), priority is given to renting the entire gîte for groups of 6 people and more.
A minimum stay of 5-7 days is required.

Chambre d'hôtes
The sunny, spacious, stone house offers one extra B&B room that can host up to 2 people.
The room has its own private bathroom and toilet. Room Grand Nord, situated on the front of the house gives on the village square.
It opens on to a nice terrace where you can take breakfast while contemplating village life.
rates
100/120,00 euro per room per night according to duration and season. 2 nights minimum.
Includes a French breakfast. which we can serve in the salon or on the terrace at the village side of the house.
You are welcome to bring your pick-nick, use our barbecue or have your aperitif on your terrace.
